Abstract: An ocular prosthesis is an artificial eye that replaces the natural eye following an enucleation, evisceration, or orbital exenteration. This maxillofacial prosthesis also boosts the lost social and mental well being of a patient. But, the success of any prosthesis depends upon various factors mainly on the functional recording of the tissue bed the anophthalmus eye. In this case report, a combination of impression technique and procedure is followed to achieve a stable and retentive ocular prosthesis.
