ABSTRACT:This article includes the report of a clinical case of a 41-year-old female patient with cerebral palsy and hypothyroidism. The treatment comprised the three stages of periodontal therapy comprising hygienic phase I accompanied by phase II that compromises guided implant placement and horizontal guided bone regeneration with soft tissue conditioning through the placement of a connective tissue graft through the VISTA technique and finally phase III of maintenance.
