AUTHOR(S): Dr. Lishana Farnomi Ch Momin and Dr. Praneeta Kamble
ABSTRACT:This case report describes about a patient's desire and visualization of a pleasant smile for whom esthetic crown lengthening is indicated due to excessive gingival display. The Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scan was used as a measurement using smile design principle which provided a reference for flap surgery and osteotomy procedure. A 6 months post-surgery follow up was obtained.
