Abstract:

Iatrogenic root perforation accidentally occurs during root canal instrumentation and post space preparation. Successful outcome of root perforations dependents on early diagnosis using Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) and repair with Mineral Trioxide Aggregate (MTA) managing under Surgical Operating Microscope (SOM).
