Pleomorphic Adenoma of the upper lip: A diagnostic quandary due to coinciding traumatic history – A rare case report

ABSTRACT:Though pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common tumor of the salivary glands, it’s occurrence on the upper lip is infrequent and has been rarely documented in literature. In this article, we present a case of a 43-year-old female, with a history of trauma who reported with a swelling in the upper labial mucosa since two months which was subsequently diagnosed as pleomorphic adenoma.
